one to one

Alignment therapy

An individual approach to posture, movement and muscular balance.

Sessions combine postural and movement assessment, hands-on myo fascial release, Classical Pilates principles and targeted movement to address restriction, asymmetry and compensatory movement patterns.

Rather than strengthening the body as it is, the focus is first on improving balance, awareness and movement options — then building strength from that foundation.

ALIGNMENT Therapy

Renewing Posture, Alignment & Movement

Our bodies adapt constantly — to work, stress, injury, life stages and the movement patterns we repeat every day. Over time, this can create areas of restriction, overcompensation and imbalance that affect posture, mobility and how comfortably we move.

One-to-One Alignment Therapy takes a considered, individual approach to these patterns through postural and movement assessment, hands-on myofascial release, Classical Pilates principles and targeted movement.

The aim is to create better balance through the body, improve neuromuscular awareness and restore more efficient movement before building strength from that foundation.
