This class utilises our reformer beds allowing you to feel supported and comfortable in your practice. This class is pregnancy friendly and suitable for those beginning their mobility journey to combat stiffness.

Restorative Yin Yoga is a practice which focuses on both stretching your connective tissues and restoring the parasympathetic nervous system into a state of healing.
This soothing class is practiced on Yin Beds helping give an ease of practice for those who may suffer from stiff knees or joint tension, and includes all props allowing you to come as you are.
